Terms of service

Last updated 4 August 2026

These terms cover what you may do on Intelegent, what happens to the process evidence you submit, and the limits of the coin system. Read them with the disclaimers page — the two work together.

Intelegent is not an investment scheme. Coins are a platform contribution measure, not shares, securities, equity, tokens for sale, or a promise of money or growth of any kind.

01Who we are and what the platform does

Intelegent is a marketplace for human skills. Contributors describe how they do their work and submit process evidence — video, voice notes, photographs and written notes — so that the resulting datasets can be used to train AI workers and robotic systems.

By creating an account or submitting anything to the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit content.

02Your account

You must give accurate information about yourself and your skill. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your access credentials private.

Access to parts of the platform depends on your role — contributor, reviewer, platform admin or buyer. We may change, suspend or remove a role or account where these terms are broken.

03What you grant us when you submit content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant Intelegent a non-exclusive licence to store, review, process, annotate and use your submitted process evidence for the purposes of operating this platform: reviewing your application, building skill datasets, and training and evaluating AI and robotic systems through the platform.

This licence is limited to those platform purposes. We do not sell your identity, and we do not treat you or your person as a product or asset.

  • You must own or have the right to submit everything you upload.
  • Do not submit content that reveals other people, private premises, clients or confidential work without their permission.
  • Do not submit anything covered by an employer confidentiality or trade-secret obligation.
  • You may ask us to remove your submissions; datasets already used in completed training runs may not be reversible, and we will say so plainly.

04Contribution coins

Coins are an internal measure of how much accepted evidence you have contributed. They are awarded on evidence acceptance and adjusted if evidence is later rejected.

Coins are not shares, securities, equity, cryptocurrency for sale, or a financial instrument. Holding coins gives you no ownership of Intelegent and no entitlement to a fixed or guaranteed amount. Cash-out and revenue-share amounts depend on actual platform activity and may be zero.

05Prohibited use

The following will result in removal of content and may end your account.

  • Submitting AI-generated, synthetic or copied material as your own process evidence — see the no-AI-upload policy.
  • Submitting content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or that records people who have not consented.
  • Attempting to inflate coin balances through duplicate, staged or fabricated submissions.
  • Scraping, reselling or redistributing other contributors' evidence or datasets.

06Availability and changes

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. Features, review criteria, coin rates and cycle periods may change as the product develops, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date on this page.

07Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Intelegent is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost earnings, lost coin value, or loss arising from content you chose to submit. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer or data-protection law.

This page is maintained by the Intelegent team to answer common questions about how the platform works. It is plain-language app-owner content, not legal advice, not an independent certification, and not a verification by any third party. Intelegent is a demonstration platform: where a statement describes a control or process, it describes our stated intent for this product. Questions: legal@intelegent.io.
