01What we collect

We collect two broad categories of information.

• Account and profile information: name, email address, optional organisation, your stated skill, experience level and general location.
• Process evidence: the video, voice notes, photographs and written notes you choose to submit, plus metadata such as capture type, step order and submission time.
• Platform activity: application status, review decisions and reasons, coin and payout records, endorsements, and audit-log entries of actions taken on your account.

02Why we use it

Your information is used to run the platform: verifying your application, scoring evidence completeness, publishing an approved skill listing, calculating contribution coins and revenue share, processing cash-out requests, and building the datasets used to train and evaluate AI workers and robotic systems.

We do not use your information for unrelated purposes, and we do not make automated decisions about you without a human reviewer in the loop.

03Who can see your content

Reviewers and platform admins can see your submissions in order to assess them. Buyers and AI labs see your published listing and the process evidence attached to an approved skill, under a licence for training use.

You choose what to record. Anything you would not want a reviewer or a buyer to see should not be submitted.

04What we do not do

Some things are worth stating in the negative.

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal identity or contact details.
• We do not present contributors as assets, shares or tradeable interests.
• We do not publish your email address, exact home address or identity documents on the marketplace.
• We do not use your evidence to impersonate you or to create a synthetic likeness of you for marketing without your explicit, separate permission.

05Retention and deletion

We keep account and evidence records while your account is active, and for as long as needed to support licensing, royalty and payout records tied to your contributions.

You can request deletion of your account and removal of your submissions. Where evidence has already been incorporated into a completed training run or a dataset delivered under licence, we will tell you what can and cannot be reversed rather than overstating it.

06Cookies and analytics

In this version of the product, session and role state are stored locally in your own browser so the demo works without an account server. No advertising trackers are used. If we later add analytics or a hosted backend, this page will be updated to say what is used and why.

07Your requests

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask for corrections, withdraw consent for future use of your submissions, or ask for deletion. Write to privacy@intelegent.io and we will confirm what we can do and by when. If you believe something has gone wrong with your data, contact security@intelegent.io.
