No-AI-upload policy

Last updated 4 August 2026

Intelegent trains machines on how people actually work. Feeding it machine-made material breaks the only thing that makes the dataset worth anything, so we do not accept it.

Upload only evidence you captured yourself, of work you actually did. No AI-generated video, no cloned or synthesised voice notes, no generated or stock photographs, no AI-written process notes passed off as your own.

01What is not allowed

The following will be rejected on review and may cost you your account.

  • Video generated, extended or re-rendered by a generative model, including AI-upscaled or interpolated footage that changes what happened.
  • Voice notes produced by text-to-speech, voice cloning or voice conversion.
  • Photographs generated by an image model, stock imagery, or images taken from the internet.
  • Written process notes generated by a chatbot and submitted as your own description of your work.
  • Footage of someone else's work presented as yours, or the same capture re-submitted as separate steps.

02What is allowed

Ordinary capture aids are fine as long as they do not change the substance of the record.

  • Trimming, rotating, stabilising or compressing your own footage.
  • Blurring faces, number plates, client details or documents to protect other people's privacy.
  • Automatic transcription of your own voice note, as long as the audio is your real voice.
  • Spelling and grammar correction of notes you wrote yourself.
  • Assistive tools for accessibility — tell us in the note field what you used and why.

03How we check

Reviewers assess each submission for completeness and for signs that it is not a genuine human capture: mismatched audio and motion, inconsistent hands or tools, missing device metadata, near-duplicate submissions and process descriptions that do not match the footage.

Detection is not perfect, in either direction. Where a reviewer is unsure, we ask for changes and give you a reason rather than silently rejecting you. Every decision and its reason is written to the audit log.

04Consequences

First finding: the submission is rejected, the completeness score is adjusted and any coins awarded for it are reversed. Repeated or deliberate findings: the listing is unpublished and the account is suspended.

If you disagree with a rejection, reply to the reviewer note on the submission and it will be re-examined by a second reviewer.

05Downstream promise to buyers

Buyers licence Intelegent skills because the evidence is human. We state what our review process checks for and what our rejection rules are; we do not claim that any dataset is guaranteed free of synthetic content, because no honest platform can guarantee that.

This page is maintained by the Intelegent team to answer common questions about how the platform works. It is plain-language app-owner content, not legal advice, not an independent certification, and not a verification by any third party. Intelegent is a demonstration platform: where a statement describes a control or process, it describes our stated intent for this product. Questions: legal@intelegent.io.
